The rates given are per room per night and all include a full English breakfast.

All of the rooms are en-suite.  The bathrooms have a rainforest shower over a double ended bath, with mood lighting.  The bedrooms have LED TV’s with Freeview, tea, Coffee & Hot Chocolate making facilities on a courtesy tray, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, direct dial telephone & TV, HDMI, VGA & Audio outputs.  There is wireless broadband access (WIFI) within each room, complimentary.

Facilities at the hotel

The Retreat Suite, which comprises of a Hemlock Sauna with Mood Lighting, Hemlock Sanarium with Fibre Optics, Steam Room, Ice Cave, Foot Spas & lounges with complimentary newspapers.

The Fitness Suite with Gymnasium, Cardio Vascular & Aerobic Stations, Computerised weight machines, fixed weight machines, free weight apparatus & aerobic dance studio.

The Aqua Suite, which includes a 40-foot Swimming pool, Spa & Warm Tub.

The Spa Therapy Suites are available to book for Massages, Facials & other Beauty Packages.

The Elemental Rejuvenation Suite includes the Rasul Mud Treatment Room, Ice Room, Steam & Sauna Rooms & the Relaxation Suite.

They are also able to offer complimentary porter service on arrival and departure, along with a complimentary Tea or Coffee at Taste Bar on arrival.

Parking for all guests

We have a loading bay at the front of the hotel to park (20 minutes’ grace) whilst guests can check-in at reception.

On check-in, guests will either receive the on-street parking scratch card (£5 per 2 days) or the Hotel Car park ticket. The Hotel Car park must be pre-booked & is £15 per night.

The receptionist will advise on-street parking streets (this is all the streets around the hotel in the 3L Zones) & direct guests to the car park (at the rear of the hotel)

For those guests in the car park, there is an entrance at the back of the hotel going down to the Spa; this will lead to the hotel lounge & reception.

Observations show that our 45th and 46th congresses were very similar despite our 46th being released for entry around 2 months before the 45th's. Last years congress (47th) was available later than the others but entries came in a lot quicker resulting in a higher entry level. We've opened up entry for this years congress (48th) earlier than all the others in the hope it will help us achieve our 400+ entry level and it is now going to be the highest attended.
